We're Hiring – Marketing Coordinator
nWe're looking for a detail-oriented and creative Marketing Coordinator to support our Marketing team in developing high-quality proposals, presentations, marketing materials, and client-facing content.
nLocation: Remote
nShift: Night Shift – aligned with US/PST hours
nWorking Hours: As per PST / corresponding IST night shift
nPosition: Full time
nExperience: 1+ years
nSalary: No fixed salary range – competitive compensation based on experience and skills; no salary constraint for the right candidate.
nKey Responsibilities

- Coordinate the preparation and production of proposals, presentations, SOQs, and other marketing materialsn
- Assist with writing, editing, formatting, layouts, graphics, resumes, and schedulesn
- Organize and maintain marketing images, photos, graphics, and related datan
- Ensure proposal and marketing documents are accurate, complete, and delivered within deadlinesn
- Maintain required forms and supporting documents for qualifications, proposals, contracts,



and marketing activitiesn
- Collect and organize customer feedback for management reviewn
- Maintain sales and marketing performance records and assist with analyzing marketing initiativesn
- Develop and distribute sales, training, and marketing materialsn
- Maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective clientsn
- Provide day-to-day coordination and administrative support to the Marketing teamn

nRequired Qualifications

- n
- Associate's Degree in Marketing, Statistics, Business, Engineering, or a related fieldn
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in business, marketing, promotional sales, customer service, or a related fieldn
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Officen
- Experience creating SOQs, proposals, presentations, and marketing materialsn
- Strong written and verbal communication skillsn
- Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlinesn
