Job Summary

The Client / Project Coordinator serves as the primary coordination link among clients, internal MEP design teams, project managers, architects, contractors, vendors, and site personnel. The role is responsible for maintaining clear communication, tracking design and project deliverables, coordinating meetings and submissions, following up on actions, and supporting the timely delivery of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire-fighting, and related consultancy services while meeting contractual requirements and quality standards.

Role & responsibilities

1- Client Coordination: Act as the day-to-day point of contact for clients; receive requirements, clarify priorities, provide status updates, record feedback, and ensure timely responses to queries.

2- Meetings and Reporting: Arrange client, design, and site meetings; prepare agendas, presentations, minutes of meeting, responsibility matrices, and progress reports; circulate records and follow up until closure.

3- Relationship Management: Maintain professional communication with clients and stakeholders and support the resolution of concerns to strengthen long-term business relationships.

Preferred candidate profile





1- Typically 2-5 years of experience in project coordination, client coordination, construction, or a similar setting.

2- Experience preparing minutes of meeting, trackers, formal correspondence, progress reports, and document submissions.

3- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and project/document-management platforms.

Working Conditions:

1- Primarily office-based with occasional site visit and inspections.
