As a Production Engineer at Fuller Technologies Cement India LLP, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing manufacturing operations to ensure efficient production and high-quality output.

Job Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor daily manufacturing operations, ensuring adherence to production schedules and targets.
- Implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to guarantee consistent product quality and operational efficiency.
- Lead and supervise production teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment through effective people management.
- Identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement within production processes and implement solutions to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

Job Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or related field).
- Proven experience in manufacturing operations and production processes.
- Strong understanding and experience with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Demonstrated ability in people management, including leading and motivating teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
