Job Description: FM DIGIPOWER PVT LTD is looking for a motivated and responsible HR Executive / HR Recruiter to join our growing digital marketing and web development company. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee coordination, interview scheduling, onboarding support and day-to-day HR activities.
Key Responsibilites:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interviews.
- Schedule interviews with candidates and management.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
- Coordinate the joining and onboarding process.
- Maintain employee attendance and basic HR records.
- Communicate with candidates regarding interviews, selection and joining.
- Support employee engagement and day-to-day HR activities.
- Assist management with HR documentation and recruitment reports.
- Help maintain a professional and positive workplace environment.
Candidate Profile
- 1-3 years of experience in HR/recruitment preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of recruitment processes.
- Experience using Naukri and other job portals.
- Basic knowledge of HR documentation and employee records.
- Valuable follow-up and coordination skills.
Preferred candidate profile : Candidates having 12th pass or graduate qualification with excelent English speaking and communication skill
Educational Qualification
Graduate in any discipline. HR/MBA/PGDM in Human Resources will be an advantage.
Work Timings: Monday to Friday (10:00AM -6.00PM)
