Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage contract administration, claims management, and arbitration processes for Highrise and commercial projects.
- Conduct delay analysis and prepare reports to support claim settlement negotiations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve contractual issues and ensure compliance with FIDIC standards.
- Provide expert advice on contract interpretation, risk assessment, and dispute resolution strategies.
Job Requirements :
- 15-30 years of experience in contract management, contracting, or a related field within the oil & gas industry.
- Solid understanding of FIDIC contracts and their application in international construction projects.
- Proven track record in managing complex claims from initiation to settlement through arbitration or negotiation.
