not just quarter-to-quarter Proven, exceptionally accelerated career growth — not a slow, linear climb 10 years in B2B industrial sales, with 5 years in a leadership role Paint industry background strongly preferred; industrial paints/coatings experience a must Preferably under 45 years of age Out-of-the-box thinker who challenges convention and builds current market approaches Natural fit for an owner-driven, entrepreneurial culture — hands-on, fast-moving, accountable Key Responsibilities Own P&L; and drive exponential revenue growth for the Industries vertical Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of regional sales managers Identify and win new business with key industrial accounts Build long-term relationships with distributors, dealers, and end-users Partner with R&D;, marketing, and technical teams to align products with market needs Track competitors and stay ahead on pricing
