We are looking for IT Service Desk professionals for an L1 support role.
Experience: 1–5 years (Mandatory in IT Service Desk / Tech Support)
Location: Pune
CTC: Up to 5.5 LPA (Based on experience; up to 30–35% hike)
Notice Period: Max 15 days
Shift: US / 24x7 Rotational | 100% WFO
Mandatory Skills:
ServiceNow Ticketing | Office 365 | Active Directory | Basic Azure AD | Outlook | MS Teams | Basic Networking
