Role Objective
To lead and grow the company’s agrochemical business across West Africa and Middle East , with primary responsibility for sales, business development, product registration, distributor management and strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute country-wise business plans to achieve sales, profitability and market-share targets.
- Drive new business development through distributors, strategic customers, partnerships and current market opportunities.
- Identify opportunities for new molecules, formulations, combinations and product registrations .
- Manage and strengthen relationships with key distributors, importers and strategic customers .
- Lead commercial negotiations covering pricing, volumes,
