### ? JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The selected candidate will work as a **Customer Support Executive / Telecaller** and will handle **Inbound & Outbound Calls**.

• Call candidates/leads provided by the company

• Explain available marine job and career opportunities

• Explain the applicable training process

• Explain medical and documentation requirements

• Guide candidates regarding the registration/application process

• Answer basic customer queries

• Follow up with interested candidates

• Maintain candidate details in Excel/CRM

• Update call and follow-up status





• Coordinate with the concerned team when required

• Achieve assigned calling and performance targets

### ? CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

✅ Freshers are welcome

✅ Valuable communication skills

✅ Hindi communication required

✅ Basic English required

✅ Basic computer knowledge

✅ Basic Excel/Google Sheets knowledge

✅ Confident and polite while speaking

✅ Willing to learn

✅ Comfortable with calling and follow-ups

✅ Customer-service oriented

**Training will be provided to selected candidates.**
