? About the RoleWe are looking for motivated and enthusiastic candidates for the position of Executive Business Development with PhonePe. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting business development activities, meeting assigned targets and productivity expectations, and maintaining professional relationships with customers and business partners.

The role requires good communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to work according to company policies and business requirements.

- Support business growth and achieve assigned business objectives.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly productivity expectations.

- Maintain regular attendance through the required company system or mobile application.
- Coordinate with the relevant team members to complete assigned responsibilities.
- Maintain qualified communication with customers and business associates.
- Perform all duties and responsibilities assigned by the reporting manager.
- Follow company processes, guidelines, and standard operating procedures.




- Maintain confidentiality of company and client information.
- Ensure proper handling of company-related data and information.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and code of conduct.
- Maintain discipline and professionalism at the workplace.
- Complete assigned tasks within the given timelines.
