About the RoleWe are looking for a courteous, energetic, and customer-focused Waiter / Restaurant Service Associate to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for providing excellent table service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of hospitality throughout the guest experience.

- Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival.
- Present menus and explain food and beverage items to guests.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them clearly to the kitchen/bar team.
- Serve food and beverages professionally and promptly.
- Understand menu ingredients, preparation methods, portion sizes, and recommendations.
- Suggest dishes, beverages, desserts, and add-ons based on guest preferences.
- Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and ready for guests.
- Regularly check on guests during their meal and respond promptly to requests.
- Handle guest questions, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with the kitchen, bar, cashier, and other service team members.
- Ensure correct billing and assist guests with payment when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining and service areas.
- Follow restaurant SOPs for service, hygiene, grooming, and guest handling.
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including cleaning and table setup.
- Support the team during busy periods, events, and special occasions.

- Preferred QualificationsPrevious experience in a café, restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment.
- Knowledge of table service and restaurant etiquette.
- Experience with POS/billing systems will be an advantage.
- Candidates with hospitality/hotel-management education may be preferred.
