Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Site Engineer (Interior Fit-Out) to oversee and manage interior fit-out projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality execution, coordinating with various stakeholders, and maintaining project timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Site Management & Execution

- Supervise and manage daily on-site activities for interior fit-out projects.
- Ensure that all work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Monitor progress and resolve any on-site technical issues.

2. Coordination & Communication

- Work closely with designers, architects, project managers, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
- Communicate effectively with clients and provide regular updates on project status.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely availability of materials.

3. Quality Control & Compliance

- Conduct site inspections and ensure all work meets safety regulations and quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and company policies.




- Address defects and ensure timely rectification of any issues.

4. Project Planning & Reporting

- Prepare and maintain project schedules, progress reports, and site documentation.
- Assist in cost control and budget management by minimizing wastage and optimizing resources.
- Provide technical guidance and problem-solving support to the site team.

5. Health & Safety Compliance

- Ensure adherence to health and safety protocols on-site.
- Conduct safety briefings and inspections to mitigate risks.
- Report any incidents or safety concerns to the management team.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in interior fit-out projects, preferably in commercial, residential, or retail spaces.
- Solid understanding of interior fit-out materials, finishes, and construction techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Basic knowledge in AutoCAD.
