Feet-on-Street (FOS) / Field Officer (Agri & MSME Loans)
- Key Responsibilities:
- Generate loan leads through active field work and customer interaction.
- Collect, verify, and process KYC and customer documentation.
- Use digital platforms like the Salesforce FOS / SBOSS Assist App for loan processing.
- Submit daily reports on field performance and lead status. [1, 2, 3]
- Eligibility & Requirements:
- Qualification: 12th Pass, Graduate, or Post-Graduate.
- Age Limit: 21 to 34 years.
- Experience: Freshers or candidates with 1+ year of banking/NBFC experience.
- Mandatory items: Smartphone, valid two-wheeler driving license, and a personal bike. [1, 2, 3]
SALARY - 20 CTC, 15K NET + ESI , PF
