⏰ 9-hour shifts | Rotational shifts

What we're looking for:

- 2–3 years of experience in QSR, restaurant, café, bakery, food retail or similar outlet operations
- Experience handling a team and managing day-to-day outlet operations
- Valuable customer-handling and communication skills
- Comfortable working rotational shifts, weekends and peak seasons
- Responsible for sales, customer service, staff coordination, cleanliness and stock/operations

Your role:

- Manage the outlet during your assigned shift
- Lead and coordinate the outlet team
- Ensure excellent customer service




- Monitor sales and achieve shift/outlet targets
- Handle billing, cash and basic inventory/stock processes
- Maintain hygiene, presentation and operational standards
- Support the Store/Outlet Manager in daily operations
