? Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate recent B2B business opportunities in the fintech and digital payments sector.
- Visit potential clients and understand their business and payment requirements.
- Conduct client meetings and present relevant fintech/digital payment solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with business clients.
- Generate leads through field marketing, networking, and direct client engagement.
- Follow up with prospects and convert qualified leads into customers.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and provide market feedback to the management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Male Graduate with a minimum of 2 years of B2B/business development experience.
- Candidates with experience in Fintech, Digital Payments, Banking, Payment Solutions, or related services will be preferred.
- Should be comfortable with field visits and client meetings.
- Strong communication, convincing, and relationship-building skills are required.
- Should have a target-oriented approach and willingness to develop new business.
? Salary & Incentives
- Fixed Salary: ₹20,000–₹35,000/month
- Incentive: ₹10,000 as per performance
