Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader – Real Estate to lead our sales team, drive business growth, and achieve monthly sales targets. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, team-management, and real estate sales skills.

- Key ResponsibilitiesLead, motivate, and manage a team of real estate sales executives.
- Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Generate leads and ensure effective follow-up and conversion.
- Handle site visits, client meetings, negotiations, and closures.
- Monitor daily team performance and sales activities.
- Conduct regular team meetings and provide performance guidance.
- Train and mentor team members to improve sales performance.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Prepare and share daily/weekly sales reports with management.
- Track individual team targets, achievements, and conversion ratios.
- Ensure proper follow-up with prospective clients until closure.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.




- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new projects.
- Ensure the team follows company policies, sales processes, and reporting standards.
