### ?‍? JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting the company's **HR and Recruitment activities**.

• Source candidates through job portals, databases and other recruitment channels

• Make recruitment calls and screen candidates

• Understand candidate qualifications, experience and job requirements

• Shortlist suitable candidates for different job openings

• Schedule interviews with candidates

• Coordinate with candidates regarding interview timings and locations

• Conduct initial HR screening interviews

• Maintain candidate information and recruitment records

• Update candidate status in Excel/CRM/HR systems

• Follow up with shortlisted candidates

• Coordinate the joining process of selected candidates

• Collect and verify required employee documents

• Assist with joining formalities and HR documentation

• Maintain employee attendance and basic HR records

• Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related queries

• Prepare daily/weekly recruitment reports





• Coordinate with management and department heads for hiring requirements

### ? CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

✅ Freshers are welcome

✅ HR / Recruitment experience will be an advantage

✅ 12th Pass / Graduate

✅ Good communication skills

✅ Hindi communication required

✅ Basic English required

✅ Basic computer knowledge

✅ Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets

✅ Good coordination and follow-up skills

✅ Confident while speaking with candidates

✅ Ability to handle multiple candidates and tasks

✅ Positive attitude and willingness to learn

✅ Good organizational skills
