We are looking for energetic, confident and target-oriented Telecallers to join our growing digital lending business.

Key Responsibilities:

* Make outbound calls to salaried customers and generate leads

* Explain Salary Advance / Short-Term Loan products clearly

* Understand customer financial requirements and eligibility

* Follow up with leads and convert them into applications

* Maintain regular follow-ups through calls and WhatsApp

* Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets

* Coordinate with the credit/operations team for smooth processing





* Maintain accurate customer and lead records

Candidate Profile:

✔️ Valuable communication skills – Hindi & English

✔️ Sales-oriented and confident on calls

✔️ Comfortable working with targets

✔️ Basic knowledge of MS Office / CRM

✔️ Experience in telecalling, banking, NBFC, fintech, insurance or loan sales will be an advantage

✔️ Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
