Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented B2B Sales Executive to develop recent business opportunities and manage client relationships for our professional pest control services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate new B2B business through direct visits, references, calling and networking.
- Identify and approach Housing & Commercial Societies, Hotels, Restaurants, Offices, Hospitals and other commercial establishments.
- Meet prospective clients, understand their requirements and present suitable pest control solutions.
- Regularly follow up with prospects and existing clients to convert enquiries into business.
- Maintain solid, long-term relationships with customers and ensure repeat business.
- Prepare quotations, coordinate with the operations team and follow up until closure.
- Maintain regular records of leads, follow-ups, meetings and sales opportunities.
- Achieve monthly sales and business development targets.

Candidate Profile:





- 1 to 3 years of experience in B2B sales / business development / field sales preferred.
- Experience in Facility Management, Pest Control, Housekeeping, Security, Hygiene or other service industries will be an advantage. But Other industries candidate can also apply.
- Good communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Strong relationship-building and client-handling abilities.
- Should be comfortable with field visits across Mumbai.
- Candidate should preferably be based on or around the Western Line of Mumbai.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred. But not mandatory

Compensation: 3.00 to 4.00 LPA CTC + Travelling Allowance + Performance-Based Incentives.
