⚠️ Restaurant industry experience is compulsory.

- Key Responsibilities:Handle day-to-day purchasing of food, beverages, packaging and restaurant supplies.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for quotations, pricing and availability.
- Compare prices and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
- Raise purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Check received items for quantity, quality and specifications.
- Coordinate with the kitchen, operations and accounts teams for purchase requirements.
- Maintain proper records of purchases, invoices, GRNs and vendor details.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of essential items.
- Identify and coordinate with reliable vendors for regular and emergency requirements.




- Follow company purchasing policies, budgets and quality standards.
- Resolve issues related to shortages, damaged goods, incorrect deliveries and invoices.
- Maintain good relationships with existing vendors and assist in developing new suppliers.
- Support inventory control and help minimize wastage and unnecessary purchasing.
- Requirements:Mandatory experience in the restaurant / F&B; industry.
- Previous experience in purchasing/procurement, preferably in restaurants or QSRs.
- Good knowledge of food, beverages, kitchen supplies and restaurant consumables.
- Positive negotiation, communication and vendor-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and purchase/inventory systems.
- Ability to manage multiple purchase requirements and meet deadlines.
