Mutual Fund Admin & Operations Executive

? Mutual Funds Distribution | ? Full-Time

? Salary: Commensurate with the candidate’s skills, experience and overall suitability

? Experience: Minimum 2 years in the Mutual Fund Industry (mandatory)

Key Requirements & Responsibilities:

Handle mutual fund operations and client servicing, including SIPs, investments, redemptions, switches, KYC, FATCA, bank mandates, nominations and documentation.

Manage client communication, follow-ups and transaction coordination with clients, AMCs, RTAs and transaction platforms.

Maintain CRM, Excel records, statements and trackers, while supporting portfolio review coordination and day-to-day office administration.
