Job Title: Dental Assistant – BTL Team

Job Summary

Clove Dental is looking for a proactive and responsible Dental Assistant to join the BTL Team and manage the execution of dental camps across the assigned region.

The candidate will be responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and smooth execution of dental camps, working closely with dentists, internal teams, and camp partners. The role will involve coordinating logistics, arranging clinical materials and equipment, supporting dentists during camp activities, maintaining patient records, and ensuring a professional patient experience.

The candidate should be comfortable with regional travel and managing multiple camps across different locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Dental Camp Planning & CoordinationCoordinate and support the planning and execution of dental camps across the assigned region.
- Coordinate with internal teams, dentists, clinics, and external camp partners to ensure smooth camp execution.
- Understand camp requirements and ensure all necessary arrangements are made before the camp.
- Coordinate camp schedules, locations, manpower, equipment, instruments, and consumables.
- Ensure timely deployment of dentists and support staff at camp locations.
- Conduct pre-camp checks to ensure all required clinical and non-clinical requirements are in place.

Camp Operations

- Coordinate patient registration and ensure smooth patient flow during camps.
- Assist with maintaining accurate patient information and camp records.
- Support the team in documenting screenings, consultations, referrals,



and other relevant camp data.
- Coordinate with the concerned teams for follow-up of patients identified during camps.
- Ensure all camp materials, equipment, and consumables are safely packed and returned after the camp.
- Identify operational issues during camps and coordinate with the relevant team for timely resolution.
- Stakeholder CoordinationMaintain skilled communication with camp partners, organizations, schools, corporates, communities, and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate with dentists and internal teams to ensure all camp requirements are addressed.
- Build a positive relationship with camp partners and ensure a professional representation of Clove Dental.
- Support the BTL team in meeting camp-related operational requirements and timelines.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass or relevant dental/healthcare assistant certification.
- Prior experience as a Dental Assistant, Clinic Assistant, Camp Coordinator, or Healthcare Coordinator will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of dental instruments and infection-control practices preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Comfortable working at different camp locations and in field-based environments.
- Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
- Professional, responsible, and patient-friendly approach.
