We are looking for a Sales Executive for our imitation jewellery e-commerce brand. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, converting leads into orders, following up with interested customers, and achieving monthly sales targets.

- Job ResponsibilitiesHandle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, and chat
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery products
- Convert incoming leads and enquiries into confirmed orders
- Follow up with interested customers and pending leads
- Inform customers about ongoing offers, discounts, new arrivals, and best-selling products
- Upsell and cross-sell relevant jewellery products to increase order value
- Assist customers with product selection, pricing, sizing, and order placement
- Maintain daily records of leads, follow-ups, conversions, and sales
- Work towards achieving daily and monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with the customer care and operations team for smooth order processing
- Build valuable customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases




- Maintain professional and polite communication with customers
- RequirementsGood communication and convincing skills
- Comfortable handling customers over calls and WhatsApp
- Basic knowledge of Hindi and English
- Sales-focused and target-oriented attitude
- Basic computer and Excel/Google Sheets knowledge
- Ability to follow up consistently with leads
- Previous experience in sales, telesales, e-commerce, jewellery, fashion, or retail will be preferred
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills can also apply
