Job DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled and passionate Continental Chef to prepare high-quality Continental and café-style dishes. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining food quality, presentation, hygiene, and smooth kitchen operations.

- Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook Continental dishes, pasta, sandwiches, salads, and café-style food.
- Maintain consistent taste, quality, presentation, and portion sizes.
- Handle daily food preparation, cooking, plating, and service requirements.
- Maintain kitchen hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
- Manage food inventory, storage, and proper stock rotation.




- Minimize food wastage and ensure efficient use of ingredients.
- Ensure timely preparation of orders and smooth kitchen operations.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff and follow company recipes and standards.
- Maintain kitchen equipment and follow all safety procedures.
- RequirementsPrevious experience as a Continental Chef or in a similar kitchen role preferred.
- Valuable knowledge of Continental cuisine and cooking techniques.
- Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety practices.
- Good teamwork, time management, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
