Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Senior Accountant / Full-Charge Bookkeeper to take ownership of the day-to-day accounting and financial recordkeeping for a growing technology professional services company.
Our business includes technology staffing, T&M; and fixed-price consulting projects, offshore services, and software, SaaS and technology product resale. This position requires someone who can go beyond transaction entry and understand how revenue, costs, customer billing, payroll/subcontractor expenses, product purchases, partner incentives and gross margins connect.
The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, solid in QuickBooks Online and Excel, and capable of independently maintaining accurate books, performing reconciliations, completing month-end close and producing reliable financial and management reports.
Key Responsibilities
Own day-to-day bookkeeping and general ledger accounting in QuickBooks Online, including transaction classification and journal entries.
Manage and reconcile Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, customer payments, vendor bills, credits and outstanding balances.
