- Share the latest saree designs and collections with customers through calls/WhatsApp.
- Take customer orders and manage regular follow-ups.
- Make feedback calls to existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and assist with product selection.
- Maintain customer and order records.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the textile industry.
- Valuable communication and convincing skills.
- Knowledge of saree products/designs will be preferred.
- Hindi/Gujarati communication skills required.
