Main Role:

Responsible for creating, editing, publishing, and managing social media content for MyDream Global, Miss International Diva India, Miss Bharat USA, Mrs Bharat Universe, fashion shows, pageants, and other company events.

Key responsibilities:

- Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and promotional videos.
- Shoot/edit content during auditions, pageants, fashion shows and events.
- Manage Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
- Create daily Reels, Stories and posts.
- Prepare monthly/weekly content calendars.
- Write captions, hashtags and promotional content.
- Follow social media trends and create viral/trending content.
- Manage comments, messages and audience engagement.
- Coordinate with influencers and photographers.
- Track views, reach, engagement and follower growth.




- Promote registrations, auditions, events and sponsorships.
- Repurpose event footage into multiple social media videos.
- Maintain organized video/photo files.
- Work closely with management to execute marketing campaigns.

Required skills:

Video editing, Reels creation, Instagram management, Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro/After Effects, basic graphic design, valuable communication, creativity and knowledge of social media trends.

Ideal candidate: Someone who can shoot → edit → post → manage → analyze social media content with minimal supervision.
