We are looking for a smart, professional and responsible Female Spa Manager to manage our day-to-day operations and deliver a premium guest experience.

Who Can Apply:

- Graduates in Hotel Management / Hospitality Management
- Candidates with previous experience in Hotels, Resorts, Premium Salons, Spas or Hospitality
- Fresh Hotel Management graduates with strong communication and leadership skills may also apply
- Previous spa experience is an advantage but not mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage complete day-to-day outlet operations
- Handle guest appointments, calls, walk-ins and enquiries
- Maintain professional guest relations and service standards
- Manage therapists, housekeeping and front-office operations
- Prepare staff schedules and monitor attendance and grooming
- Handle billing, daily closing and operational reports
- Drive sales, memberships, packages and repeat bookings




- Handle guest feedback and resolve concerns professionally
- Monitor inventory and spa consumables
- Maintain hygiene and operational standards
- Train and guide staff on hospitality and guest-service standards
- Coordinate regularly with management regarding sales, staff and operations

Candidate Profile:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong hospitality and guest-handling skills
- Presentable and professional
- Valuable leadership and team-management ability
- Sales-oriented with the ability to upsell services and memberships
- Basic computer and billing/POS knowledge
- Responsible, punctual and capable of independently managing an outlet
