Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries, quotations, and sales follow-ups.
- Manage inventory, stock records, and material inward/outward entries.
- Prepare customer orders and coordinate packing and dispatch.
- Coordinate with courier and transport agencies.
- Maintain purchase, sales, and dispatch documentation.
- Support daily sales and store operations.
Required Skills:
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, and billing).
- Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
- Responsible for inventory accuracy and timely dispatch.
- Experience in industrial electronics or electrical products will be preferred.
