Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to increase patient enquiries and conversions.
- Generate leads through digital marketing, social media, referrals, corporate tie-ups, and local marketing.
- Handle and follow up with enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Convert leads into consultation appointments and procedures.
- Build relationships with patients and ensure excellent customer experience.
- Coordinate with doctors and the clinic team regarding consultations and procedures.
- Monitor daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and prepare performance reports.
- Plan promotional campaigns, offers, events, and awareness activities.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop referral partnerships.
- Manage and motivate the sales/marketing team.




- Track competitors, market trends, and customer requirements.

Requirements:

- 2–5 years of experience in sales & marketing, preferably in a cosmetic clinic, hospital, healthcare, dermatology, aesthetics, or wellness industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of digital and social media marketing.
- Target-oriented with solid lead-conversion skills.
- Ability to manage a team and work independently.
- Proficiency in English and Tamil preferred.
