Field Sales Executive – Blue Water

We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to grow our Blue Water business in Kolkata.

Responsibilities:

- Visit hotels, restaurants, cafés, offices, shops and other commercial customers.
- Generate new customers and regular orders for 20L water jars.
- Find and develop new distributors in assigned areas.
- Explain our distributor jar-deposit and supply system.
- Follow up with distributor and customer leads and convert them into paid orders.
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and generate repeat orders.
- Collect payments and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Visit assigned areas daily and maintain proper sales records.
- Achieve monthly sales and customer-acquisition targets.
- Submit a daily report of visits, leads, orders,



collections and follow-ups.

Requirements:

- 12th pass or above.
- Freshers can apply; field-sales experience is an advantage.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable with daily field visits in Kolkata.
- Must be target-oriented and willing to work independently.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Salary: ₹10,000/month + performance incentives
