The Quality Engineer is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality systems and processes to ensure that products and services meet customer, regulatory, and company requirements. The role focuses on preventing defects, improving processes, investigating quality issues, and supporting continuous improvement.

- Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain quality control procedures, inspection plans, and quality standards.
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with specifications and customer requirements.
- Conduct root-cause analysis for defects, nonconformities, and customer complaints.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation, reports, and records.
- Perform product, process, and system audits.
- Use quality tools such as 5 Whys, Fishbone Analysis, FMEA, SPC, and Control Plans.
- Analyze quality data and identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with production, design, purchasing, maintenance, and suppliers to resolve quality problems.
- Support inspection, testing, calibration, and validation activities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable quality standards, such as ISO 9001 or industry-specific requirements.




- Evaluate supplier quality and assist with supplier audits and corrective actions.
- Support new product introduction, process validation, and engineering changes.
- Train employees on quality procedures and best practices.
- Track key quality performance indicators and prepare management reports.
- Promote continuous improvement, waste reduction, and defect prevention.
- RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Quality Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in quality assurance, manufacturing, engineering, or a similar role preferred.
- Knowledge of quality management systems and manufacturing processes.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and relevant industry standards.
- Experience with statistical analysis and quality tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management software.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to read technical drawings, specifications, and inspection documents.
- Attention to detail and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
