We are looking for a Customer Care Executive for our imitation jewellery e-commerce brand. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, order-related concerns, and providing a smooth customer experience across calls, WhatsApp, and other support channels.

- Job ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries through calls, WhatsApp, chat, and email
- Assist customers with order status, delivery updates, product-related queries, exchanges, returns, and cancellations
- Coordinate with the internal team regarding delayed, missing, or incorrect orders
- Follow up with customers for pending issues and ensure proper resolution
- Handle customer complaints professionally and politely
- Help customers with basic website/order placement issues
- Maintain records of customer queries, complaints, and resolutions
- Coordinate with courier/logistics teams for delivery-related issues when required
- Provide product information related to jewellery, offers, availability, and order details
- Maintain a positive and helpful customer experience




- Follow up on COD orders/order confirmations when required
- RequirementsGood communication skills in Hindi and English
- Basic written English is required
- Comfortable speaking with customers over calls
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel/Google Sheets, and computers
- Patient, polite, and solution-oriented approach
- Ability to handle multiple customer queries efficiently
- Previous experience in customer support, e-commerce, jewellery, fashion, or retail will be preferred
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
