About the RoleSmaaash Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Reactive Sales / Telesales Executive to handle customer enquiries, generate bookings and drive sales through effective lead follow-up, upselling and customer relationship management.

- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming enquiries for events, bookings, packages and group activities.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable packages.
- Drive upselling and cross-selling to increase revenue.
- Handle customer and corporate enquiries through calls and other communication channels.
- Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up details.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams for confirmed bookings and events.
- Track enquiries, follow-ups, conversions, sales and revenue.
- Maintain relationships with customers and generate repeat business.
- Candidate Requirements1–4 years of experience in Telesales, Inside Sales, Reactive Sales, Customer Sales, Hospitality Sales or Business Development.




- Experience in lead follow-up and sales conversion.
- Strong customer-handling and convincing skills.
- Positive communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Target-oriented and comfortable with sales targets.
- Good upselling and cross-selling ability.
- Basic knowledge of CRM and customer records.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
