- Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day accounting, sales/purchase entries, and voucher recording.
- Generate invoices and manage inventory billing using Marg Billing software.
- Maintain complete ledgers, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations in Tally.
- Perform high-accuracy data entry for accounting and inventory records.
- Maintain organized financial data and generate regular reports using Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas).
- Assist with basic GST, TDS calculation, and routine compliance.




- Coordinate with vendors and customers for payment follow-ups and ledger reconciliations.
- Required Skills & QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent accounting background.
- Software Expertise:
- Proficiency in Tally (ERP 9 / Prime)
- Hands-on experience with Marg Billing
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Fast and accurate data entry capabilities with attention to detail.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles, GST, and inventory management in the textile sector is preferred.
