Key Responsibilities:

Carousel & Static Post Design:

• Design multi-slide Instagram and LinkedIn carousels that simplify complex B2B, tech, and manufacturing topics into clear, visually engaging stories.

• Build a consistent slide structure (hook slide, body slides, CTA slide) that keeps swipe-through rates high.

Reels & Short-Form Video Graphics:

• Design cover thumbnails, text overlays, lower-thirds, and motion templates for Reels and short-form video content.

• Create reusable animated templates (in CapCut / After Effects / Premiere Rush) that the content team can drop footage into quickly.

Visual Brand Consistency:





• Maintain and evolve visual templates, color systems, and typography across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube for the agency and client portfolio.

• Build and maintain a design asset library (icons, templates, brand kits) for fast turnaround across multiple client accounts.

Trend Adaptation (Visual):

• Track visual and design trends — carousel layouts, meme formats, reel cover styles, transition styles — and adapt them for client briefs

Cross-Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with content writers to translate approved captions, hooks, and CTAs into final visual layouts.

• Coordinate with the performance marketing team to align design output with the content calendar they maintain.
