Govt Retired Person will be preference /Govt Project Experience

End-to-End Site Management: Oversee day-to-day operations at the factory construction site, including civil work, structural erection, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing), and machinery installation.

Vendor & Contractor Supervision: Coordinate with civil contractors, architects, equipment suppliers, and sub-contractors to drive timeline adherence and execution quality.

Project Planning & Tracking: Develop master project schedules, monitor milestones, and prepare daily/weekly progress reports (DPR/WPR) for senior management.

Cost & Resource Optimization: Monitor budget allocation, manage material requirements, track expenses, and minimize material wastage on-site.

Quality Control & HSE Compliance: Enforce strict Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols on-site and ensure all construction meets technical specifications and building standards.

Statutory & Regulatory Approvals: Coordinate with local authorities and consultants for necessary factory permits, NOCs, layout approvals, and safety clearances.

Team Leadership: Lead and guide in office engineers, safety officers, supervisors, and labor crews to maintain productivity and smooth workflow.
