- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
- Explain our services, offers, and processes clearly.
- Generate and follow up on leads through regular calls.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Schedule appointments or counselling sessions for interested customers.
- Handle customer queries professionally and politely.
- Achieve assigned calling and lead-generation targets.




- Coordinate with the sales and counselling team for further follow-up.
- RequirementsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hindi and basic English communication skills.
- Confident and positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of computers and CRM/software.
- Freshers can apply; relevant experience will be an advantage.
