We are looking for a Customer Care Executive to handle inbound and outbound calls with customers and drivers, resolve queries, confirm bookings, and ensure a smooth ride experience.

? Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers and drivers.
- Confirm bookings and provide ride status updates.




- Resolve customer queries and support drivers with onboarding and trip-related issues.
- Coordinate with the Operations team for dispatch and unresolved complaints.
- Follow up on pending bookings, cancellations, and payment-related queries.
- Maintain accurate call logs and customer/driver records in internal systems.
- Ensure a smooth customer and driver experience throughout the trip.
- Work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, as required for 24×7 support.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Freshers can apply; prior telecalling experience is not mandatory.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Comfortable handling inbound and outbound calls.
- Should be comfortable working in rotational and night shifts.
- Ability to handle customer and driver queries professionally and coordinate with internal teams.

? Salary & Incentives

- ₹15,000 – ₹25,000/month, as per skill and experience.
