- Job ResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage daily interior site activities.
- Ensure execution as per approved drawings, designs, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, vendors, and contractors.
- Check measurements, materials, finishing, and workmanship.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues.
- Maintain daily site reports and coordinate with the project/design team.
- Ensure proper material utilization, site discipline, and safety.
- Requirements2–5 years of experience in interior site supervision.
- Good knowledge of interior execution and finishing works.
- Ability to read AutoCAD/working drawings.
- Good communication and contractor/vendor coordination skills.
- Robust knowledge of carpentry, electrical, false ceiling, flooring, painting, and other interior works.
- Ability to manage site work and meet project deadlines.
