Job Description – CASA Sales Officer

Position: CASA Sales Officer

Location; borivali, andheri, malad, kandivali, bayandar, mira road, goregoan, jogeshwari and full central west line

Qualification Required: Any Graduate

Experience: Fresher / Experienced (Welcome)

Salary: ₹20,000 CTC per month

Incentives: Up to ₹50,000 per month (Performance-based)

Requirement: Candidate must have a good communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

Acquire recent customers by selling the bank’s CASA (Current Account & Savings Account) products.

Conduct marketing and promotional activities within the assigned area to generate leads.

Travel locally on a daily basis to meet potential and existing customers.

Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.





Cross-sell banking products (Fixed Deposits, Insurance, Loans, Credit Cards, etc.) to existing customers.

Encourage existing customers to deposit more funds into their accounts.

Ensure adherence to all compliance and regulatory requirements of the bank.

Complete mandatory training, certification, and learning activities conducted by the bank.

2nd saturday and 4saturday
