Job Description – Sales Coordinator (Freelance / Contract)

Role: Sales Coordinator – Residential Project

Type: Freelance / contract, 3 months (extendable)

Location: Jaipur (field work plus remote)

Compensation: Fixed monthly retainer plus incentive per unit sold

About the project

A boutique residential building in Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur: four premium apartments, one per floor, with a common community hall and staff quarters.

Responsibilities

- Build and maintain a list of active brokers in Jaipur and NCR, and pitch the project to them
- Reach out to potential buyers from leads, referrals and broker networks
- Share brochures, floor plans, videos and pricing over WhatsApp and email
- Follow up consistently with brokers and buyers until a decision is made
- Schedule and accompany site visits,



and coordinate with the site team
- Maintain a straightforward lead tracker (Google Sheet) with status updates
- Send a weekly report on leads contacted, visits done and follow-ups pending

Requirements

- 1–3 years' experience in real estate sales, channel partner coordination or telecalling
- Existing network of Jaipur property brokers preferred
- Good spoken Hindi and English; confident on the phone
- Comfortable with WhatsApp Business and Google Sheets
- Own two-wheeler or car for site visits
