We are looking for energetic, target-oriented and career-focused Sales Executives to join our growing team in Noida.

- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate and manage leads for personal loans and other financial products.
- Contact potential customers through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan options.
- Explain loan eligibility, interest rates, tenure, documentation and processing requirements.
- Follow up with customers throughout the application and approval process.
- Coordinate with banking/NBFC partners for smooth processing of customer cases.
- Maintain regular follow-ups to maximize lead conversion.
- Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead records.
- Build long-term relationships with customers and generate repeat/referral business.
- Handle customer queries and coordinate with internal teams for resolution.




- Candidate RequirementsMinimum 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.
- Freshers can apply; experience in loan sales, banking, NBFC, insurance or financial services will be an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and WhatsApp.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work with sales targets and deadlines.
- Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
- Candidates with telesales or field-sales experience are preferred.
