Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced IBM Sterling Integrator Production Support Engineer to provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 application support for critical B2B/EDI integration platforms. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring, incident management, troubleshooting, issue resolution, and ensuring smooth operations of IBM Sterling Integrator environments. The role requires solid analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with hands-on experience in production support.
Mandatory Skills
- 3+ years of experience in Application Production Support.
- Hands-on experience with IBM Sterling B2B Integrator (SI) .
- Strong knowledge of EDI Transactions (X12, EDIFACT, XML).
- Experience in monitoring and troubleshooting Sterling Integrator processes.
- Knowledge of business processes, maps, routing rules, and workflows in Sterling SI.
- Experience with incident management and ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or Jira.
- Strong understanding of file
