Role Overview:

Votary Softech Solutions is looking for an experienced Head – CRM to lead strategic customer relationships, strengthen client engagement, drive customer retention, and identify growth opportunities across key accounts. The role will work closely with Sales, Delivery, Engineering, and Leadership teams to ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:

Own and manage relationships with strategic customers and key accounts.

Build solid relationships with CXO, VP, Director, Engineering, Procurement, and Program stakeholders.

Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and long-term engagement.

Conduct regular MBRs, QBRs, executive connects, and customer reviews .

Act as the senior escalation point for critical customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
