Sales Manager – Transformer Insulation

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our transformer insulation business. The role combines strong commercial leadership with a solid understanding of transformer insulation products and applications , including pressboard, insulation paper, and related components. The Sales Manager will define sales strategy, manage key customer relationships, and guide the sales team to drive sustainable growth in the transformer industry.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Leadership & Strategy
- Develop and execute the sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Set sales objectives, budgets, and forecasts
- Identify current markets, customers, and growth opportunities
- Monitor sales performance and implement improvement actions

Team Management
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team
- Set individual targets and evaluate performance
- Support negotiations and key customer engagements
- Recruit and develop sales talent as the business expands
