About the job:
SOLAR CONNECT has 2,000+ active solar installations across South India. Our Service Engineers handle O&M; visits, fault diagnosis, and AMC servicing for our customer base across Trivandrum and nearby districts.
Your work will include:
- Attend service calls — inverter faults, generation complaints, module cleaning
- Diagnose and fix faults in string and hybrid inverters
- Carry out scheduled AMC and preventive maintenance visits
- Log all visits in ERPNext with root cause and resolution
We are looking for:
- ITI / Diploma / B.E. in Electrical Engineering
- 2–5 years solar field service experience
- Hands-on with inverters (Solis, Growatt, Sofar, SMA, Delta or similar)
- Own two-wheeler; valid licence (fuel reimbursement provided)
- Valuable customer handling skills in Malayalam
