We are seeking a motivated and responsible Operations Manager to support the day-to-day operations of irthlife.

- Manage daily e-commerce orders from order placement to fulfilment and delivery.
- Coordinate with logistics and delivery partners for timely dispatch and delivery.
- Monitor order status, cancellations, returns, replacements, and refunds.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate stock updates.
- Manage product listings, pricing, availability, and basic catalogue updates across e-commerce platforms.
- Identify and resolve operational issues affecting order fulfilment.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Track operational performance and prepare regular reports.
- Monitor marketplace/e-commerce dashboards and update relevant information.
- Assist in improving operational processes and reducing errors.
- Support promotional campaigns and ensure products are available and correctly listed during campaigns.
