About the Role

A leading multiplex cinema chain is hiring a Patron Delight Officer to lead the front-line team at the Box Office and Canteen and deliver a great guest experience.

Responsibilities

- Lead a team of 7-10 associates
- Issue floats and handle cash at the start and end of each shift
- Coach the team on suggestive selling to boost revenue
- Coordinate with the IT team to keep POS machines and servers running
- Maintain team grooming, hygiene, sanitization and safety standards
- Resolve basic guest concerns and escalate when needed
- Train associates and submit daily operations reports
- Candidate must be flexible to work with Rotational shifts.

Requirements

- Education: Graduate with a Hotel/Restaurant background, Diploma in Hotel Management/IHM OR Any graduate with 3-6 months of experience in QSR Industry
- Experience: Freshers to 1 year of experience in QSR/Operations in Hotels, Restaurants or the Service industry
- Languages: English and the local language
- Skills: Team management, cash handling, upselling, multitasking, attention to detail, strong communication
