Job Overview:Melius 888 Estate is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Executive/Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, closing property deals, and maintaining strong client relationships to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through calls, references, online portals, and field visits
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable residential/commercial properties
- Arrange and conduct property site visits
- Follow up with clients and convert inquiries into successful deals
- Negotiate terms between buyers and sellers
- Maintain updated records of clients and property listings
- Coordinate with legal and documentation teams for smooth transaction processing
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Build long-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory)
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales (Freshers with excellent communication skills may apply)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
